We offer a home visit option for the patient who is unable to come in to the clinic.   This service is available in the Horn Lake area after hours and on Saturday.  Most insurance companies (with the exception of Medicare) will not pay for a house call.  The convenience fee for a house call visit is $50 in addition to regular fees.  Fees are due at the time of services.
