    Newsom Healthcare is conveniently located on Goodman Road in the heart of Horn Lake. We are across the street from First Baptist Church and situated between O'Reilly Auto Parts and Horn Lake Animal Hospital.
  • What are your business hours?
    Newsom Healthcare is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 5:00pm and on Friday from 7:30am to 12:00pm. (Closed daily for lunch 12:00pm to 1:00pm) Office is closed on weekends and major holidays.
  • How do I make an appointment at Newsom Healthcare?
    To schedule an appointment, you can call our office at (662) 393-8022, go online to our website www.newsomhealthcare.com, or established patients can send a request through the patient portal. Depending upon availability, we also offer same-day appointments and walk-in hours.
  • Can I still be seen if I don't have an appointment?
    Although we recommend scheduling appointments in advance, we also provide walk-in hours for patients who have urgent needs. Our walk-in hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 9:00am with additional afternoon hours Monday through Wednesday from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. Newsom Healthcare reserves the right to change walk-in hours on a daily basis. We will make every effort to accommodate walk-ins, but may need to limit the number of patients who can be seen on a walk-in basis at any given time. This is to ensure that patients are able to receive the care they need in a timely manner. Patients who are unable to be seen as a walk-in will be asked to schedule an appointment.
  • What payment methods are accepted at Newsom Healthcare?
    Newsom Healthcare accepts various payment methods such as cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. *Currently, we are unable to process transactions through Care Credit and Apple Pay. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • What insurance plans are accepted at Newsom Healthcare?
    We accept most major commercial insurance plans which include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare. For more information about insurance plans accepted at Newsom Healthcare click here.
  • Do I need to fill out registration forms before my first appointment?
    For your convenience, new patient registration forms can be completed using the links below or we can provide them to you. Please remember to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the required forms if you are unable to complete them online.   • Does Newsom Healthcare offer Telehealth Services?
    Yes, Newsom Healthcare offers Telehealth appointments to established patients. This allows you to have a virtual or telephone appointment with your healthcare provider from the comfort of your own home. Please contact our office to learn more about Telehealth Services.
  • I received a Bill. How do I make a payment?
    For your convenience, payments can be made online here. You can also call us at (662) 393-8022 to make a payment over the phone or stop by our office and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.
